为帮助国际学生更好地融入重庆大学学习生活，营造积极向上、包容多元、和谐共生的国际化校园氛围，留学生事务管理中心（CISMS）现面向全校中外学生招募国际学生学业辅导团成员。辅导团成员将有机会与来自不同文化背景的学生分享学习经验、攻克学业难关，通过交流碰撞拓宽国际视野，通过志愿服务收获共同成长的快乐。

一、招募条件‌

1.我校在籍本科生及硕博研究生，国籍不限；

2.品行端正，认真负责，有耐心，乐于助人；

3.对公共基础课程以及学术研究有深入学习和理解，成绩优秀，学有余力；

      4.具有良好的跨文化沟通能力，英语沟通交流无障碍。

二、‌辅导方式

采取小组辅导形式进行。

三、申请流程

请感兴趣的同学于4月27日前填写报名表(见附件)，会同个人英语水平证明、成绩单电子版等支撑材料以附件形式发送至邮箱iso@cqu.edu.cn；邮件标题为：国际学生学业辅导团报名，附件命名请注明本人的姓名、专业及学号。

四、荣誉奖励‌

1.颁发国际学生辅导团证书；

2.提供志愿服务时长证明或发放“勤工俭学”津贴；

3.评选优秀志愿者。

Recruitment Notice

Dear students,

In order to help international students better integrate into the study and life at Chongqing University and create a positive, inclusive, diverse, and harmonious international campus atmosphere, the Centre of International Students Mobility Service (CISMS) is now recruiting members of the Academic Tutoring Group for International Students from both Chinese and international students across the university. Members of the tutoring group will have the opportunity to share learning experiences with students from different cultural backgrounds, overcome academic challenges, broaden their international horizons through exchanges and communications, and experience the joy of mutual growth through volunteer services.

Students with subject expertise and warm-hearted dedication are welcome to join us!

I. Recruitment Requirements:

1. Current CQU degree students, including undergraduate, master and doctoral students, regardless of nationality;

2. Be well-behaved, accountable, patient, and willing to help others;

3. Be good at science courses like mathematics, physics and chemistry, or have an in-depth and potential in academic research with excellent performance, and be capable of tutoring others;

4. Have good cross-cultural communication skills and be fluent in English.

II. Form of Tutoring：Group tutoring.

III. Application Process

Interested students are requested to fill in the Application Form (see the attachment) before April 27th, and send it together with the E-copies of the English proficiency certificates, transcripts and other supporting materials as attachments to the email address: iso@cqu.edu.cn, with the subject of the email: Application for the Academic Tutoring Group for International Students. Please indicate your name, major, and student ID number when naming the attachment.

IV. Honors and Rewards

1. Issue a certificate for members of the Academic Tutoring Group for International Students;

2. Provide Volunteer service hour records or Work-Study Program allowances;

3. Select outstanding volunteers.
