JW201或202表原件及4份复印件/ Visa Application for Study in China (JW201 or JW202) (original & 4 photocopies)； 3. 体检报告和血液检查报告/Physical examination record and blood test reports, etc.； 4. 有效护照及复印件/Valid Passport & X/F visa and 4 photocopies；



	自费生在留办现场缴费 Fee Payment at Room 322 (ISO)	自费生 Self-support students	同上 Same as above Tel: 023 - 65102964	财务处到留办办公，接受现场缴费，接受中国的银行卡或人民币现金。 Pay directly to financial office people in the ISO （Room 322）. Cards issued by any bank of China or Chinese currency (RMB) will be accepted for payment.

Empty stomach for blood test.

9月28日（星期三）下午3：00 3:00 P.M. on Sep. 25 Wed.	新生领取护照回执单 Get passport receipt	全体新生 All new international students	留学生管理办公室（A区主教学楼322） Venue: International Students Office,Room 322 of Main Lecture Building Tel: 023 - 65102964	新生领取回执单后可以拨打电话回执单上面的电话，查询护照及签证办理的进展 After collecting the passport receipt, new students may call the number (English and Chinese language are available)on the receipt to check whether his or her passport or residence permit is ready.
