1. 重庆大学录取通知书原件及4份复印件/ Admission Notice of Chongqing University (original & 4 photocopies )；

2. JW201或202表原件及4份复印件/ Visa Application for Study in China (JW201 or JW202) (original & 4 photocopies)；

3. 体检报告和血液检查报告/Physical examination record and blood test reports, etc.；

5. 有效护照及复印件/Valid Passport & X/F visa and 4 photocopies；

财务处到留办办公，接受现场缴费，接受中国的银行卡或人民币现金。/ Pay directly to financial office people in the ISO （Room 322）. Cards issued by any bank of China or Chinese currency (RMB) will be accepted for payment.

（仅中国政府奖学金生和孔子学院奖学金生）

请带护照、已有体检报告单及所有附页、4张护照尺寸照片、体检费约400元准时集合。血检者空腹。/Please arrive on time with your passport, Physical Examination Record including all the attachments (if you have) , 4 passport-sized Photos (with your name and nationality on the back of the photos), around 400 Yuan RMB for Physical Checkup. Empty stomach for blood test.

请所有留学研究生新生到主教320集合，留办的工作人员将带领研究生新生前往典礼举办地点。All new international graduate students are supposed to gather at the Room 320 of Main Teaching Building, ISO staff will guide you to the designated place for the Ceremony.

Get the Introduction letter to your host college (degree  students with no Chinese foundation )

学历生需入院学习通知单，才能到各自学院报到。

Degree student needs to collect the Invitation letter from International Students Office and present it to his or her host college to complete the registration process.

学籍管理相关管理规定介绍 Teaching Affairs and Routine Management

留学生活动、留学生会及其他重要政策 Extracurricular activities, International Students Union and other policies

第二部分：奖学金生领取银行卡

奖学金生领取银行卡时需出示护照。Scholarship students need to present passport to collect bank cards.

新生领取回执单后可以拨打电话回执单上面的电话，查询护照及签证办理的进展

After collecting the passport receipt, new students may call the number (English and Chinese language are available)on the receipt to check whether his or her passport or residence permit is ready.
