Registration Procedures for New International Students at CQU –Autumn Semester 2015

Step 1: collect a waiting number;take photo (electronic & hard copy) for visa (fees to be paid to photo studio)

Step 2: Information input and verification; collect information package, Accommodation Registration Form, Visa Application Form & registration checklist

Step 3: Photocopy documents for record & visa

Step 4: Collect payment note (self-financed students); submit documents for visa and bank card (self-financed students pay fees on the 1^st Floor of Main Teaching Building and bring the receipt back to counter ④)

Step 5: Present signed Declaration Letter & Admission Notice, JW201/202; sign the Registration Form       

Where: Desk No. ⑤, Room 322

Step 6: Sign up in SIE for Chinese Language study (Chinese Language students & Bachelor students majoring in Chinese) 

Where: Room 310

Step 7: Scholarship students Receive monthly allowance for September           

Where: 1^st Floor, Main Teaching Building
