1.  Chongqing University (original & 4 photocopies )；

2. Visa Application for Study in China (JW201 or JW202) (original & 4 photocopies)；

3. Physical examination record and blood test reports, etc.；

5. Valid Passport & X/F visa and 4 photocopies；

Fee Payment at Room 322 (ISO)

Room 322 of Main Lecture Building

Pay directly to financial office people in the ISO （Room 322）. Cards issued by any bank of China or Chinese currency (RMB) will be accepted for payment.

Collect living allowance (only Chinese Government Scholarship & Confucius Institute Scholarship students )

Same as above

Chinese Government Scholarship & Confucius Institute Scholarship students may collect their living allowance of September at ISO by presenting passport and Admission Notice (photocopy)

Physical examination for visa purpose (Undergraduates, Visiting students, including Chinese language students)

Assemble in International Students Office

Room 322 of Main Lecture Building

Please arrive on time with your passport, Physical Examination Record including all the attachments (if you have) , 4 passport-sized Photos (with your name and nationality on the back of the photos), around 400 Yuan RMB for Physical Checkup. Empty stomach for blood test.

Opening Ceremony for New Graduate Students at CQU

All new international graduate students are supposed to gather at the Room 320 of Main Teaching Building, ISO staff will guide you to the designated place for the Ceremony.

Get the Introduction letter to your host college (degree  students with no Chinese foundation )

Assemble in International Students Office

Room 322 of Main Lecture Building

Degree student needs to collect the Invitation letter from International Students Office and present it to his or her host college to complete the registration process.

Introduction on Visa & Residence Permit，fee payment, medical insurance policy

Teaching Affairs and Routine Management

Extracurricular activities, International Students Union and other policies

Session 2: Get bank card (scholarship students only)

Venue : Room 320, School of International Education

Scholarship students need to present passport to collect bank cards.

Visa Interview & Lecture on Chinese Laws (Very Important)

Venue: Minzhuhu Lecture Hall，Campus A (to be confirmed)

New students Meet officers from Immigration Office for visa purpose (Residence Permit) after the lecture

After collecting the passport receipt, new students may call the number (English and Chinese language are available)on the receipt to check whether his or her passport or residence permit is ready.
