Counseling Center Website Appointment: Visit the official website http://psyhelp.cqu.edu.cn/, and find the entry "贴心咨询(Thoughtful Consultation)" in the section "心资讯(Mental Health Information)".

 今日校园(Today’s Campus ) App Appointment: Find the entry "心理咨询预约(Psychological Counseling Appointment)" in the section "服务(Services)" of the App.

2. Core Appointment Steps

Enter the consultation system: After entering through any of the above entries, you will be uniformly redirected to the consultation appointment system.

Select appointment information: Choose the campus, consultation date and time, and counselor according to your needs.

Identity verification and registration: Complete the login, fill in the visitor registration form, and sign the informed consent form.

Confirm successful appointment: The system will automatically send an appointment SMS, and you can also check the status in "My Appointments".

3. Notes

Please attend the consultation on time after successful appointment. If you need to cancel, please operate through the system in advance.

If you do not receive the appointment SMS, please check the SMS interception settings or contact the center for confirmation.

This service is only available to current teachers and students of Chongqing University. Off-campus personnel cannot use this appointment channel.

If international students need to seek medical treatment at the psychological outpatient clinic of the University Hospital, they can register and see a doctor as usual. The University Hospitals on Campus A, Campus B and Huxi Campus all have psychological outpatient clinics. Please pay attention to the specific consultation hours. Doctors can provide medical services in English.
