Confucius Institute Scholarship
March to April Scholarship applicants submit the application on the Confucius Institute Scholarship website at http://cis.chinese.cn.
March to May Confucius Institutes are entrusted by the Confucius Institute Headquarters as the recommending institutes. The recommending institutions examine the qualification and application materials of applicants, and submit the list of recommended applicants to the Confucius Institute Headquarters.
March to May Chongqing University reviews and evaluates the qualification of applicants, and submits the name list to the Confucius Institute Headquarters.
End of June The Confucius Institute Headquarters makes the final selection, and informs Chongqing University and the recommending institutions of the final list of successful applicants.
July Chongqing University posts the final list online, informs the scholarship winners via email, and sends out the formal admissions documents through the recommending institutions.
